Bringing SE quality to rest of Australia

On behalf of the South East Stud Merino Breeders I would encourage all interested Merino sheep/wool industry people to visit our members during the 2011 field day.

As a group of breeders, the South East have been endeavouring to increase our presence throughout Australia by attending many various shows and field days.

The approach of presenting the South East sheep to all states has been vital to attracting more outside clients as well as those from our immediate area. The prices received for not only rams and wool, but also wether lambs and surplus ewes, have only highlighted the ever improving quality of our group of studs.

As president of the SESMBA I am sure the needs of any commercial producer can be sourced in the south east area. The field day provides a huge display of our region's sheep both on property and at the central Keith display.
