Wool, wine create vibrant blend

THE Grant Burge name is known for its award-winning Barossa Valley wines.
For the man behind the brand, that same dedication has also been used to develop a 6000-head fine wool Merino flock of distinction based in a 20-kilometre radius from his home at Tanunda.
Mr Burge began running sheep in the 1970s after the family bought a parcel of land, with some of the block not planted to vines.
