The Schools Merino Wethers Competition is an event encouraging young people to become familiar with, and possibly pursue a career within, the Merino industry. It provides opportunity for students to have contact with many aspects of the Merino sheep industry from stud and commercial breeders, stock agents, wool buyers through to processors.
